We fabricate tempered glass, laminated glass, low-iron glass, insulated glass units, and specialty glass in a wide range of sizes, shapes, and edge finishes. Applications include shower enclosures, glass tabletops, shelving, mirrors, railing panels, wine room glass, office partitions, and commercial storefronts. If you can describe what you need, we can almost certainly build it.
Tempered glass is heat-treated to be four to five times stronger than standard glass. If broken, it shatters into small granular pieces rather than sharp shards. It is required by code in many applications including shower enclosures and glass railings. Laminated glass has a plastic interlayer bonded between two glass panes. If broken, the interlayer holds the pieces together, making it ideal for overhead glazing or high-security applications.
Standard glass has a slight green tint caused by iron content in the raw materials. Low-iron glass reduces that tint, producing a cleaner, optically clear look. It is most noticeable on thick glass panels, large mirrors, and shower enclosures where edge clarity matters. If you are going for a premium, high-end look, low-iron glass is worth the upgrade.
Most custom glass fabrication is completed within three to seven business days depending on the specification and our current workload. Specialty orders or large commercial quantities may take longer. We give you an accurate lead time at the time of your order and keep you updated throughout the process.
Yes. We regularly work from architect drawings, interior designer specs, and contractor submittals. Send us your documents and we will review them, confirm the specification, and provide a quote. If anything needs adjustment before fabrication, we will flag it before cutting any glass.
